Our mission is to inspire underserved youth through world-class music instruction and to support their development as self-aware leaders.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: Key to Change adds distinguished viola faculty. Key to Change is delighted to announce that Seattle Symphony violist Mara Gearman is joining our teaching staff, expanding our capacity to provide world-class music instruction to an ever-growing group of students. Mara is one of the nation’s leading orchestral musicians and has already worked with our students on numerous occasions.
