The Maronite Catholic Community of Sacramento was founded in November 2009 as a mission under the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon to establish a Maronite Church in Sacramento to carry on the spiritual faith, culture and traditions of our Middle Eastern roots to future generations in Sacramento, the Capital of California, and the region. Mission: Proclaim the word of God. Preserve our Maronite tradition and heritage. Promote our family, social, and moral values. Help and support our community and future generations. Communicate and build relationships with all Eastern and Western churches. Contribute to the progress of human beings in their various societies. Vision: To become a full functioning independent parish with a church, hall, classrooms and yard.
