LUPEC
Founded in 2015, LUPEC is a grassroots effort by led by Ogden-area residents, who value their heritage and believe in the power of art, education, and civic involvement. Further, LUPEC’s leaders launched its Ogden Hispanic Festival intending to host "the greatest Hispanic festival in Utah." And, wherein roughly 32 percent of Ogden residents identify as Latinx, the Ogden Hispanic Festival is culturally significant to its community.
