West Elk Trails Inc
Our mission is to mark, maintain and promote trails in the White River National Forest north of New Castle, Colorado for horse back riding, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and other non-motorized uses. We operate under a special use permit within the White River National Forest under the jurisdiction, and supervision of the Rifle Ranger District, Forest Service, US Department of Agriculture.
