We’re celebrating Seneca Colberta, a Chicago Paul Simon Job Corps Center graduate whose passion for the trades led her to complete pre-job training at the BAC/IMI International Training Center. Today, she’s a proud bricklaying apprentice with BAC ADC 1 of Illinois. From restoring the historic Emmett Till House to shaping a future in masonry, Seneca is living proof of what Job Corps makes possible. 💬 “I proudly share my journey as a young Black woman in construction, shaping the future one brick at a time.” Her story is why we’re speaking out. Programs like Job Corps change lives, and they need protection. #SaveJobCorps #JobCorpsWorks #IBelieveInJobCorps #JobCorpsMatters (fb)

👏 Congrats to the winners of the 2025 BAC Northeast Regional Apprentice Contest! Next stop: the BAC/IMI International Apprentice Contest in Detroit. We’re proud to support these rising stars as they progress from apprentices to experts. #BestHandsInTheBusiness #Apprenticeship #UnionStrong (fb)
