The Sanford Westcott Foundation The Sanford Westcott Foundation was established in 1963 to help underprivileged young people in north Georgia and south Tennessee to pursue studies beyond what was offered in the public schools. Over the years the ministry has expanded to include helping churches across the United States settle internal crises and build a solid biblical foundation with which to move forward and working with national pastors and teachers around the world with training their people and sharing the gospel. Over the years we have visited more than 50 countries. Biblical Consulting Ministries is a ministry of Sanford Westcott Foundation.
