Working to Reform Cannabis Laws in the First State. Delaware NORML is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. We are an eclectic collection of people with a common goal - cannabis reform. Our membership strives to improve the quality of life for those individuals seeking access to medical marijuana and, as representatives of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, we advocate for legalization through the taxation and regulation of cannabis. We try to dispel decades of rhetoric and marijuana demonization with scientific facts, medical evidence, and economic concepts. Our goal is to advocate and educate on ways to support the societal good by ending cannabis prohibition in Delaware.
