THE ARAB AMERICAN LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION STARTED BY A GROUP OF DEDICATED YOUTH FOCUSED ON EMPOWERING THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES BY MEANS OF LEADERSHIP, SERVICE AND SCHOLARSHIP. WE REALIZE THAT ARAB AMERICANS DISPLAY TREMENDOUS POTENTIAL AND A DESIRE TO FLOURISH AND CAN ONLY REACH THAT GOAL IF GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES THAT ALLOW THEM TO THINK INDEPENDENTLY AND GROW EXPONENTIALLY. TO MAKE THIS A REALITY, WE WILL CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT AND CULTURE THAT EMBODIES QUINTESSENTIAL ASPECTS OF EDUCATION, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMUNITY AWARENESS. THE ARAB AMERICAN LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE FOUNDATION, IS GEARED TOWARDS ASSISTING THE YOUTH IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES WITH POSITIVE PROJECTS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. THE IDEA OF THIS FOUNDATION IS TO OCCUPY THE FREE TIME OF A YOUNG ADULT AND CREATE A POSITIVE & ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE YOUNG ADULTS MIND AND PERSONALITY CAN BE CULTIVATED AND ENHANCED TO ITS UTMOST POTENTIAL.
