ANNUAL SPRING BREAK COLLEGE TOUR Community be apart of sending a record breaking number of youth to college! The Education Youth Development Outreach is an organization that presents the Annual (out-of-state) Spring Break College Tour to the communities we serve. We're a committee of volunteer Educators, Parents, Community Doers, and program alumnus. Our mission continues to be introducing students on the aspects of attending institutions of higher learning. Our main objective is to take students on an exciting journey... An excursion to build confidence, gain exposure, and valure their options.
