ILRC Offers Free to Low-Cost Disability Resources in Wichita, KS | Independent Living Resource Center ILRC EMPOWERING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Persons with disabilities are entitled to the same civil rights options and control over their lives as persons without disabilities. ILRC Independent Living Resource Center empowers individuals with temporary or permanent disabilities by providing assistance in locating internal or external resources to live more independently. Our Services While we do not provide housing ILRC helps individuals their families and caregivers find resources and choose the best options for more independent living. We do this in a variety of ways guided by our five core services A free service we provide to listen and provide resources and information about disability issues assist with programs and recommend services.
