SPA Home Page You have landed Welcome to the Salinas Pilots Association About Us The Salinas Pilots Association is a nonprofit California corporation promoting aviation fellowship advocacy and education from our base at Salinas Municipal Airport. SPA activities emphasize goodtime flyouts and gettogethers. Our organization participates in monthly flyouts seasonal interstate trips and other recreational activties taking place at nearby airports. The Salinas Pilots Association also supports the Young Eagles program in conjunction with EAA Chapter 204.
