The Foundation to Decrease World Suck FTDWS engages tens of thousands of online video viewers and creators to generate awareness of hundreds of charities and to raise funds for charities. Since 2012 FTDWS has made grants of more than 10 million to dozens of charities. After modest administrative expenses half the funds donated to FTDWS go equally to Partners in Health and Save the Children. The other half go to 30 charities recommended by the participants of the 48 hour telethonstyle fundraiser known as theProject for Awesome.
