A non-profit volunteer based organization with the sole purpose of enriching and enhancing the arts experience of the youth in southern Beaufort County. Recognizing that high quality arts education supports academic achievements, the mission of the Island School Council for the Arts is to promote and advance arts education, and to enrich and enhance the arts experience of the youth in the greater Hilton Head and Bluffton communities by presenting excellence in the visual, performing, and literary arts.
