Iskashitaa Refugee Network creates opportunities to integrate UN refugees into the Southern Arizona community while educating the public and strengthening the local food system reducing local food waste and increasing food security. We integrate refugees into Arizona through food based programs Our Programs Our Programs Our Programs Harvesting Iskashitaa volunteers harvest from residential trees community and urban gardens and the beautiful Tucson desert collecting useable produce that would have otherwise gone to waste. Do you have a tree you need harvested or want to volunteer on a harvest.
