We also recently celebrated Kai’s promotion to Director of Communications + Development! Since joining GJL in October 2020, Kai has led the charge on all things communications—shaping GJL and TPS’ voice across social media, our websites, newsletters, many of our community partnerships, and more. Over nearly 5 years, Kai has also played an increasingly major role in our fundraising, including managing and coordinating TPS sponsorships—a critical component to our ability to produce this important event each year. Breaking the fourth wall for a moment: It's truly a great source of joy and pride for me to be apart of GJL, to learn from and grow alongside brilliant leaders and organizers in Trans and allied community, and to contribute to our collective efforts in pursuit of Trans life.
