Essentia Health Sports Center Essentia Health Sports Center Essentia Health Sports Center is owned and operated by the Brainerd Amateur SportsFoundation. The mission of the Brainerd Amateur SportsFoundation is to support education and development of amateur athletes who require equipment and facilities in order to perform their sport. Such sports may include but are not limited to hockey and figure skating. The philosophical foundation of its missions is the belief that participation in organized sports can make a significant contribution to the spiritual academic social and physical development of youth.
