TO CREATE AN INDEPENDENT VOICE FOR THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER DRAMATICALLY INCREASING DEMAND FOR EFFECTIVE RIVER PROTECTION, RESTORATION AND MANAGEMENT BY ADDRESSING WATER QUALITY, RIVER MANAGEMENT CONSERVATION AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIES AND CELEBRATE THE RIVERS CULTURE AND HISTORY.

MRCTI is proud to host MO State Senator Jamie Burger to build a Mississippi River State Compact using Senator Burger’s SB 82 as a template for other states. SB 82 prohibits mass export of water out of Missouri. MRCTI wants to lead on duplicating that for all other 9 states.
