With the help of amazing supporters, Rags To Royals® was established to honor Piper The Painting Bulldog and continue her inspiring charity work.  Our nationwide program rescues, heals and finds royal palaces for ragged, sick, neglected, and abused French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs and Boston Terriers.  We are a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit dependent on kindhearted donations. In addition to rescuing dogs, we inspire and lift heavy hearts through therapy dog visits.
