IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AND SPECIFICALLY TO SOLICIT, RECEIVE, MANAGE, AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS DONATED PURSUANT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THESE FUNDS ESTABLISH AND STRENGTHEN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE ACT SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF IMPOVERISHED STUDENTS AND STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES ATTENDING WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE. IN THIS CAPACITY, THE WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, INC. SHALL FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE GROWTH, PROGRESS AND GENERAL WELFARE OF WYTHEVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND THE VIRGINIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM.
