Colorado High School Cycling League
The Colorado High School Cycling League (Colorado League) is an independent 501(c)3 registered non-profit established in 2009. We facilitate positive youth development through school-based mountain bike teams. Mission Provide the opportunity to foster healthy habits in youth, develop self-confidence, cultivate leadership, and build community in a welcoming environment that strengthens family bonds and empowers youth through interscholastic mountain biking. The inaugural season of competition was in the Fall of 2010. Initially, we served high school students from Colorado and southern Wyoming. The geographic range has expanded to include student-athletes from northern New Mexico and South Dakota. Build community, empower youth and develop a lifelong appreciation of the outdoors. Create a welcoming environment that is inclusive. Deliver a program for youth and teams where prevention reduces the need for intervention.

Colorado High School Cycling League
September 19th is National Concussion Awareness Day is a chance for health care practitioners, teachers, coaches and parents to connect and discuss baseline testing, signs and symptoms and the social and emotional issues that can result from mild traumatic brain injury. It is also a chance to bring awareness to athletes to never hide an injury, have a responsibility to report a concussion, and always wear a helmet. Protect that brain as much as possible.
