Our mission is to help expand programs, enhance services, and strengthen collections of @MandelPL Our mission is to financially support the Mandel Public Library West Palm Beach and its free programs The West Palm Beach Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is an independent, community-based organization dedicated to enhancing the West Palm Beach Public Library's collections, technology, programs and services.  We work with the Library in a strong partnership, to determine where private support can have the greatest impact and at the same time, not replace the public's responsibility for funding the basic operations of a strong library. Mission Raise funds for the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach to provide free quality programs, services and resources that enrich and strengthen our diverse community.
