AaRoooo!! is a foster home Basset Hound rescue based in Barrington, Illinois. Our Mission Statement “AaRoooo!! is a 501(c)(3) charity licensed by the Illinois Department of Agriculture as a foster home rescue shelter. Operated solely by volunteers, AaRoooo!!’s primary mission is to rescue and unite basset hounds in need of forever homes with responsible new families. AaRoooo!! provides veterinary care, support, and shelter for rescued dogs while we search for the right new home. We treat these animals as our own, with the utmost care and respect, making decisions based on compassion for the quality of life each dog deserves. We strive to educate the public, foster homes, and adopters about the basset breed.”
