Moving For Life, a NYC-based nonprofit dedicated to improving community health through physician-supported Dance Exercise classes rooted in somatic movement research. Our mission focuses on delivering inclusive, in-person and online programming to under-resourced communities, to ensure that everyone has access to opportunities for enhancing their physical and mental well-being. With the support of grants, Donors, and Program Partners, we are able to offer most of our classes to the public for free.
