Russ Turner, Director at Training Institute of People Incorporated stopped by our Keystone all-staff meeting in May to speak about Burnout, Stress, and Resiliency. The Training Institute's mission is to 'make communities stronger through mental health and trauma education'. We learned a lot about the impacts of good mental health, stress, and how it can present itself in and out of the workplace. CHANGE IN SHOP HOURS! Express Bike Shop is a nonprofit social enterprise that trains and supports Saint Paul youth in their first work experience. In order to continue to keep our youth employees at the center of our work, we have made a change in shop hours.
