Orange County Living Wage certifies and promotes Orange County NC employers who pay their employees a living wage. The mission of Orange County Living Wage shall be to stimulate shared community prosperity – especially for low-wage workers in Orange County – through employer living wage certification, community education, advocacy, and partnerships. Orange County Living Wage is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit organization that certifies, recognizes, and promotes Orange County businesses that pay a living wage and assists workers seeking living wage jobs.
