Educare of New Orleans is an all-day, all-year learning program of Clover, providing early learning to children ages birth to five years. Follow us for updates! Educare New Orleans, a Clover program, is an early learning center serving children six weeks to five years old. Our full day, full year program fosters lifelong learning through a research-based curriculum, family engagement, and a nurturing environment. EDUCARE NEW ORLEANS WAS ORGANIZED TO DEVELOP, BUILD, AND OPERATE A HIGH QUALITY EARLY EDUCATION SCHOOL, WITHIN THE MIXED INCOME COLUMBIA PARC COMMUNITY, ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER ST. BERNARD PUBLIC HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
