TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMING, PARK WORKSHOPS AND FREE CONCERTS, AS SAFE AND DIVERSE FORUMS FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURAL ENLIGHTENMENT FOR ALL AGES AND NATIONALITIES.
