Hearthstone of Minnesota
Hearthstone’s mission is to provide a therapeutic home environment which helps youth with significant emotional and behavioral challenges become effective contributing adults. Hearthstone operates six residential family care homes, which serve up to six youth in each, throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Homes are located in Brooklyn Center, Eagan, Golden Valley, Minnetonka, North Minneapolis, and Woodbury. Over ninety-five percent of Hearthstone’s youth come from the greater Twin Cities area.
