BIG WIN in Washington State! The Washington Supreme Court just upheld our state’s ban on high-capacity magazines. These magazines, which hold more than 10 rounds, are frequently used in mass shootings and have no place in our communities. The Court agreed: High-capacity magazines are not protected under the Second Amendment because they are not “arms” and have little to no use in self-defense. This decision reaffirms what we already know—commonsense gun laws save lives. (fb)
