Palmer Doggie Depot is a volunteer-run neighborhood dog park located on Palmer between Frankford & Fr Palmer Doggie Depot was incorporated on July 3, 2014 in the state of Pennsylvania for the purpose of both establishing a dedicated space and to gather a community of volunteers to oversee the management and maintenance of a community off-leash dog park for Fishtown residents. Our mission is to provide a space for dogs and their owners to exercise and socialize safely, to promote responsible dog ownership and to provide green space and a mental health outlet for dogs, dog owners and the community at large.
