Legal Recruitment Administrators of Philadelphia LRAP is an association of legal recruitment professional development and legal personnel professionals in the Greater Philadelphia Area. LRAP strives to promote professional and career development and diversity and inclusion efforts of its membership through regular meetings and educational programs. Guided by the framework of NALP LRAP is designed to foster communication and provide an open forum to promote the legal recruitment and professional development of lawyers law students and legal professionals in our region.
