Home - Osceola, Wisconsin Located less than an hour from the Twin Cities and nestled in the bluffs of the beautiful Saint Croix River Valley Osceola is the perfect natural setting to live and work. Osceola was founded in 1844. Its downtown which is on the National Register of Historic Places and surrounding neighborhoods provide outstanding examples of late 19th and early 20th century architecture. The Village has maintained its history by using historic preservation as a tool to keep its downtown vibrant.
