The Bill Raskob Foundation - Interest-Free Student Loans InterestFree Student Loans Our minimum student loan amount is 1000 and our average student loan is for 9000. Students Helping Students As you pay back your school loan we use 100 your loan payback to give new loans to new students. Payback As You Earn Our loan paybacks grow in time as you establish yourself professionally. The amount increases overtime rather than having a high monthly bill as soon as you graduate.
