Boys Girls Club of Poplar Bluff in conjunction with Poplar Bluff R1 School District is applying for 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant Funding. BGCHEART has never had a place of its own to call home. For 25years BGCHEART has relied on the generosity of our 1 partner The Poplar Bluff R1 School District. A generation of kids was relegated to using vacant spaces or commonuse classrooms such as music art and computer labs for afterschool enrichment programs.
