To promote charity in the United States and abroad. To support religious and charitable organizations in the United States and abroad. To support religious organization in building places of worship in the United States and abroad. To establish a scholarship program whose purpose is to provide financial support for needy students with outstanding scholastic record to pursue a study program that will lead to an academic degree ins an accredited US college or university. To support other social and welfare matters as might be considered by the Board of Directors to be in keeping with the charitable purposes of the organization and as is permitted under the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service governing non-private foundations.
