4 locations statewide OSHA safety, construction & heavy equipment job skills training ACARTF's mission is to provide to the underserved communities within the State of Alabama construction job skills training, life skills, OSHA construction safety training, and hands-on equipment training. The students will be taught a multitude of job skills and life skills that will allow them to be self-sufficient and facilitate their ability to become productive members of society.
