We exist to provide evidencebased information and support to individuals who have experienced negative effects from meditation experienced unhealthy meditation or spiritual communities and suffered religious spiritual abuse or trauma. We aim to empower meditators meditation teachers clinicians to make informed decisions around contemplative practices.
