First Tee's mission is to grow the game of golf by transforming the experience that kids and families have with the sport. A youth development organization for all kids that teaches healthy habits and life skills through the game of golf. The mission of First Tee – Greater Richmond is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

The First Tee First Tee Greater Richmond First Tee Greater Richmond uses golf as the platform to strengthen the character of our community. In teaching life lessons and leadership skills in a fun group setting for youth ages 518 regardless of background or previous experience our courses build character. Our Programs Experiences are our greatest teacher. First Tee believes in developing the ones that are just as fun as they are meaningful where kids feel excited to grow safe to fail and better equipped for whatever comes their way next.
