Hoya Foundation
Our mission is twofold. We help small businesses - especially minority and woman owned - do work in transportation and construction. We also help girls discover sustainable careers in transportation and construction. With high paying and sustainable jobs in construction, this career can have a huge impact on a woman's economic equity over her lifetime.
