Frederick County 4H TRP's mission is to provide a recreational experience and therapeutic regimen to Our Mission is to provide Frederick County, Maryland citizens who have medically certified mental, physical and/or emotional disabilities with equestrian activities to learn basic horsemanship skills, improve physically with better muscle tone, balance and posture, and encourage their emotional well being by building self confidence and self-esteem—the I Can Do It attitude.

Home Welcome to Frederick County 4H Therapeutic Riding Program Cancellations will be posted HERE Who We Are Frederick County 4H Therapeutic Riding Program is a small therapeutic riding center established in 1984 and designed to provide equine assistance learning to Frederick County residents with special needs. Any age any disability any race any nationality any gender. What We Do Frederick County 4H Therapeutic Riding enrolls up to 78 students who ride for 7 weeks in the spring and fall with summer classes also available. Riders join us once a week for 45 minutes during these sessions.
