Home - Turning Point DVS Supporting Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence Welcome to Turning Point Our mission is to assist survivors and their children in learning to overcome the cycle of physical sexual mental and emotionalabuse. We do this by providing a 247 hotline emergency shelter court general advocacy safety planning economic empowerment counseling occupational therapy substance use advocacyand resource education. We respond to requests for services from across the region with a core service area ofFranklin Gasconade Lincoln Montgomery St. Charles St.
