Our Mission Who We Are As a nonprofit organization based in Arizona we serve as a resource for educational and cultural enrichment as well as health and government services locally to the Pacific Islander Community. For over five years Island Liaison Inc. has served Pacific Islanders with a focus on people from the Federated States of Micronesia the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Republic of Palau collectively known as the Freely Associated States FAS.
