A 501(c)3 nonprofit providing linkages to housing, intensive case management and other supportive services to homeless adults with serious mental illnesses, substance abuse and/or other co-occurring disabilities in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties. We provide supportive residential case management services for individuals and families with mental illnesses and/or co-occurring disabilities, including substance use and other disabilities, who are homeless.
