CHARM was formed in the summer of 2011 to save community buildings and spaces that matter.Because CHARM was no longer an active group as such, the name has been changed to Bear Hill Church Preservatio and all changes registered with IRS and State of Maine CHARM is incorporated and licensed in the State of Maine for charitable and educational purposes, including the acquisition, conservation, protection, management, and reuse of community spaces that matter.
