City Embrace Counseling & Resource Center City Embrace Counseling Resource Center We are a network of organizations with the shared mission of helping individuals recover from sexual and domestic abuse since 2010 Services Our network of organizations provides resources such as counseling education housing financial tools and other services essential for survivors to transition into a safe and healthy life. Mission City Embrace was established to enable survivors of sexual and domestic abuse to take back control of their lives. We exist to aid individual organizations with a similar mission to provide community services and access to tools to aid these survivors. City Embrace Counseling and Resource Center is funded through the charitable contributions of its donors.
