What’s your future career goal for 2030? That’s the question our students explored during this year’s Career Day at St Jude’s Girls’ Secondary School. With inspiring talks from professionals across a range of industries and some of our very own alumni returning to share their journeys, it was a day full of learning, motivation and possibility. Choosing a career path whilst still at school isn’t always easy. That’s why at St Jude’s we guide our students and provide mentoring and coaching throughout their academic journey, helping them make informed choices for their future. Today, hundreds of our graduates are proudly working across Tanzania in education, engineering, medicine, business and more. It was a full circle moment seeing our alumni, once students themselves, return as role models. We’re not only educating future leaders, but we’re also building a future workforce ready to shape Tanzania by 2030 and beyond. We were excited to host the World Scholar’s Cup 2025 right here at St Jude’s! With this year’s theme, Reigniting the Future, the event brought together students from various schools for a day filled with critical thinking, collaboration and creativity. Our students stepped up and shone in public speaking and debate, taking home medals, trophies and proud memories.
