Educating and empowering families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing, D/HOH parents and their children and professionals who serve those families. Beginnings SC provides expert knowledge and individualized planning strategies for D/HoH families. Our mission is to provide emotional, information and technical support to parents with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, parents who are deaf and hard of hearing, and the professionals with whom they work so that all of their children develop commensurate with their SC peers.
