Home — The Ultimate Foundation Ultimate is the most exhilarating and supportive sport I have ever played. About the Foundation The Ultimate Foundation was founded in 2014 and is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that funds new and established programs that support players coaches and organizers who help our sport grow to represent include and be led by people who represent the racial ethnic gender and socioeconomic demographic diversity of our country. The Ultimate Foundation supports USA Ultimate programs like Mission The Ultimate Foundation aims to deliver the sport of Ultimate to all without limitation by supporting USA Ultimate programs which equip players coaches and organizers of historically underrepresented identities with resources develop leaders and people invest in growing a diverse talent pool of players and coaches and remove barriers to participation at all levels from recreational leagues to our National Teams. How we Drive Change The Ultimate Foundation funds USA Ultimate programs that drive gender equity racial equity and reduce economic barriers to playing ultimate.
