Pawsitive Outreach Spay/Neuter Advocates

We provide affordable spay/neuter assistance to low Income pet owners as well as stray and feral animals. We also have a no kill shelter where the animals are cared for while homes or, in the case of feral cats, barn placements are found for them. We provide education, community outreach and have a pet food bank to help keep animals in their homes during difficult times for their low income owners. Our main service area includes Pend Oreille county (WA), Stevens county (WA), Spokane county (WA), Bonner county (ID) and northern Kootenai (ID) county.
