Dakotas Chapter NECA is an association for electrical contracting firms and associate members dedicated to the success of the electrical industry. THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS EMPLOYERS IN THE COLLECTIVE BARGINING PROCESS. APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE ADMINISTRATED FOR THE UNION CONTRACTORS IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES AS A RECEIVING AGENT FOR VARIOUS TAFT-HARTLEY BENEFIT FUNDS.
